Ariel Carmeli Cue on ebay

While AC does make a nice cue his designs tend to repeat. Here is one from 2 years ago that has the identical forearm using burl instead of snakewood.

A lot of cuemakers do that. Dale Perrry might have a one-of-a-kind cue, then change one very minor thing to make another one-of-a-kind cue, it's not uncommon. At least Ariel is changing the overall looks of the cue, besides the seller is the one that said it was one of two, did Ariel?

First off it is not my auction but it is my friends cue and I am trying to get as much exposure for him I can by coming on here and announcing it is for sale. To answer the question about whether AC say it is 1 of 2 made you can look at the second photo top right hand side. enlarge the picture and if you look very closely it does say 1 of 2. I tried to convince the young man who posted the auction to take a better photo of the writing on the cue by AC.
 
The inlays are different in the two cues in question, one has tiffany diamonds and the other has elongated diamonds. To me it is pretty hard to come up with new designs for different cues, hell I can't even come up with ONE design that I like and would put my name on. Both are beautiful cues even if they do look like each other.
