Arizona Area Info Needed

Is anyone familiar with the Sun City Sports bar in Peoria, Arizona?
Would appreciate any info you could provide.

I have never been there, but I am guessing based on the name....Sun City Sports bar probably caters to the retirement aged customers...

Sun City does have I think Three Recreation Center with Pool Rooms (Bell, Lakeside, and Fairway).

These Room are open only to RESIDENTS, and their Guests.

One person in the Home must be 55 to live in Sun City, or Sun City West.

Many old guy have Young Brides to keep em young like one guy who frequents our room with is 20 ish Asian Bride. :rolleyes:
 
Thanks for the responses, I guess I received some bad info. I was told that the Sun City Sports Bar had a decent weekly tournament. I thought that I would check it out being that I would be in the area this coming week on business.

I go right past there during the week. It's an ok area, probably is in a shopping area on the North side of Peoria. It's listed at 9635 W Peoria. Sun City starts at 99 Ave, so it couldn't be to bad is my guess.

A good place to go for tournaments is Metro Sports Bar. They have a tournament basically every day. Metro Sports Bar is further to the east than the Sun City Sports Bar. It's on the southwest corner of I-17 and Peoria Ave.

I drove by today at 1 p.m., appears closed, and they were paving the parking lot. looks like a Little Hole in Wall from the outside. Metro Sports, or Six Shooter in PHX would be better. Understand Metro Sports has Tournament nightly, except Sunday. I-17 & Peoria Ave.. AREA.... :)

Correction: Metro Sports has a tournament on Sundays as well.
