I was wondering if anyone on here has purchased anything from AZ Billiards market place and had trouble receiving your order. I placed an order on May 23rd for one of the books they show, and still have not received it. The last time I talked to them they told me if I have not receved it by 6/7/06 to call back and he would credit my card. Now he will not return my calls or e-mails.

I can't believe they're ignoring you, and would expect they'll get back to you soon. Of course, if they've already charged your card and didn't have the book in stock that's not good... But they may have a legal right to deliver the book within a 4-6 week time frame. If that's what's happening, you should know about it. Please let us know what's up...

Did they lead you to believe the book had been shipped?

By the way, I was considering ordering some stuff from them. I sure hope they don't give you the runaround...
 
The first time that I talked to them they said that I would have it by Tuesday on the June the 6th. It did not come so I called them back and they told me that if it was not there on Wednesday to call back and they would credit my card. I have not been able to get a response since. So Yeah, they have lead me to beleive that it should have already been delivered.

I'd cut them some slack, but keep at it. I expect you'll get your book soon enough, unless you want to ask them for the refund. You got the name of the person who helped you, right? Become a squeaky wheel...
