Well I have been a loyal viewer of AZBTV for quite some time, and as of today will NEVER tune in to anything produced by Al again...... I was banned with no warning, no explanation at the mere mention of another streamers stream........ I welcome AL to come on here and defend his actions logically when he claims to support the growth of the sport and be all about spreading the word on all events and streams.... yet he BANS anyone who mentions another streamer? Slomoholic even has the transcripts so there is no dispute. And will post them upon request.

After doing some digging, it appears he kicks anyone who makes a reference about another stream or streamer. I sometimes have three or four streams going at one time, none will be AZBtv as long as he is hosting.

That's my point, we all want to watch as much pool as possible, it's not about being THE guy to stream, it's about pushing the sport to the forefront, where it belongs. This rift he's causing between everyone is just uncalled for and ignorant.
Apparently it was my stream that was mentioned and possibly the China stream as well. I do happen to know that you can't get 'auto banned' for posting the name of the stream or the names of the players playing in said stream. Ustream simply does not have that programming.
I addition, many have cross-posted links including other streams in my chatroom during my shows and nothing has happened. Furthermore, if its of any interest to the 'so-called' competition out there, as soon as the incident occurred my audience grew to about 60 more viewers and stayed that way for the entire time. I sent AZBtv a private message to whichever MOD was working that day, to let them know what I think about the situation.
What do I think about it? Doesn't really matter actually.

I don't know. I didn't get a response, nor was I expecting one.
Not a mod, there was only 1 mod when I got kick with no explanation and I contacted him since I could get no response otherwise, he assured me it was not him. I believe the OP had a similar assurance.

I was a moderator in the chat when all this was going on and it looked like a glitch in the chat. It turns out that that is probably what it was. Only a small number of people got banned and one didn't make any comments on other streams. Many others got kicked multiple times. Al wasn't sure what happened and the ban list has been cleared.

If it was a mistake then why doesn't he respond to those that got kicked? Is he too lazy to respond and keep a customer?
Snuuker, if it was a glitch then why doesn't he come in and say that? And why is it that the transcripts for the chat shows Upstate AL banning me? I really would like to watch the turning stone but if this issue isn't at least brought to some conclusion BY HIM I really am serious about not having anything else to do with ANYTHING he produces.
I'm guessing any and all of those affiliated with AZB in the least are given a free pass to act however they want to whomever they want? The FANS are the ones who should matter, NOT the people runnning the sites etc. The game isn't about you or your ego's.... It's about the fans, the players, and getting this game we love to the spot light. Get over yourselves...... Seriously.
Was just going on a chat I had with someone else that had been banned is all. Was giving Al the benefit of the doubt at that point. You are right about the transcript, its a smoking gun. I'm out as well when it comes to that stream.
