Best in the northeast...

I read the article in the Lowell Sun, and read the part where you quoted that all the pool tours in the northeast were run poorly. I just don't get it Gary. The Joss Northeast tour is probably one of the top Tours in the country. They have annual 25K added events. The pechaur tour is also a great tour with a lot of great players. I don't see where you get off. You haven't had one tourney and still bash all the other tours around in the local papers. Good luck to you and your IPT wannabe tour. I for one will not consider playing in it, nor would I recomend it to a friend to play in. Just my 2 cents.
 
Gary... i just read the other posters remarks and i have to also wonder why you attacked the other tours by saying that they were poorly run. when you have not even had 1 tournament yet. How you think you will be the best next to the IPT is beyond me. You don't even have any money added for your tournaments. And how can you say that you have changed the way i/people play pool today. why, because you opened 12 or was that 15 pool rooms in you life time. excuse me, upscale pools rooms. What does that have to do with the way i play pool here in Albany? Oh, and about you beating Mike Sigel in a challenge $2000.00 challenge match. How much did you have to put up in addition to your entry fee to play in the qualifier. I heard that other than the entry fee you did not have to put up any money and that the challenges were for the players who got knocked out of the qualifiers early. DID you get the 2k or was it for entry into another tournament qualifier.
. I would have filled out the application you have asked me about. but not if you are going to go public and knock other tour operators. Do you really think you can hurt another tour like it seems you want to. If i was the proprieter of another tour i would read carefully what you have said in print and then take legal action. How can you say that people like Mike Zuglan or the person who runs the Pechaur tour are doing it poorly. why. because they don't kiss somebodies butt.. or is it because some of the operators will let a player who is 15 or 20 minutes or so late still play after driving a couple of hours to do so. After maybe having car trouble. but if i am correct, it is the players who show up in t shirts that has you upset with them cuz they were allowed to play. I cannot personally vouch for the operator of the Pechauer tour, even though i have heard nice things about him, on how he runs his tour and treats his players. But I do know that Mike Zuglan treats everybody the same, no matter who you they are. And i have known mike for almost 35 years and he is as honest as they come..Again, this will be my last post on this subject unless i am antoganized into another reply..............mike

Like I said on a previous post, I would not trust Gary with my sons milk money, Gary this is what happens when you burn so many bridges over the years with people. Your play is good but no better than the rest of us and you should consider getting off you high horse sometime soon.
