BCA Mini's

I am going over with a friend that is playing in the singles and teams
events and was wondering if anyone could play in the mini's.
Several people had told me that you can join and play the mini's
once at the site but by reading the BCA site it seems to contradict
what they said.
I emailed the BCA but have not been able to get a response.

Does anyone know or have a good email address?
I will probably still go but would like to know if I can play
some.

techniquely no I don't think anyone can go in them, but I know people who did who weren't registered players, last year they didnt check

Anyone can play in the mini tournaments in Vegas. They are being run by an independent person who is not related to the BCA.
