BCA Point Tournaments? Who and How!

I was wondering What tournaments do the Players get points for?

And Secondly...

Who Do I contact to Have a tournament where the players get points.

I am a House Man at a Beautiful pool room in Louisiana and we are looking to expand to these type of things.
