BCn’S misleading ads

After receiving so many personal and posted emails from people trying to help I want to thank everyone for their assistance. If you were deceived in thinking that chalk-Off and Quick-Clean are the same, email me at David@Quick-Clean.com. I’m curious

Umm.. It's not the same thing? I just thought you changed the name of the product.

In fact, during BCn's 'commericals' they have footage of yourself, Mr. Hodges, using Quick-Clean on the tables (i.e. footage from the Derby City Classic).

The products even have identical prices: two cans for $24.95, kit for $51.95.

In addition, I also heard Jim Wych say, during one of the table-cleaning breaks at this year's U.S. Open, "...and this is a product called Chalk-Off, invented by Dave Hodges. It really gets all the chalk and dirt off that table..."

I'm no lawyer, but if they're *not* the same product, Mr. Hodges, you've got yourself quite a lawsuit.

You know. I was wondering what happened with that. I did get the impression that the advertisements featuring "Chalk-Off" were intended to promote a product that did the same thing as Quick-Clean. I thought it was particualrly curios that the footage of last year's matches showed David Hodges cleaning the table yet the commentary was for "Chalk-Off". I definitely felt that something was amiss watching it.
