BD Chalk Board Down?

Yep,

Been down for a couple of days. Thought it was one of my ISP's servers, but looks like it is on their end.

After 2 days you would think that the problem would be solved. Must be something major.
Boy, you sure have a good non-pool forum. Lots of laughs.
Mostly I find it too 'clubby'. for my tastes. Lot of people there very far to the right . Gabber

Just because we have monthly meetings, membership cards, yearly gatherings at the US Open, CCB-sponsored caribbean cruises, matching Polo shirts, smoking jackets and a secret handshake doesn't make us "Clubby."

Cue Chick,

This is the best billiard forum on earth!

Yes, this is a great forum. Unfortunately I don't always have time to read it. Even more so now that ole Fast is back :D

Wally and rackmup always make me laugh. They are some of the best of the best from CCB IMO.

Thanks for the laughs guys:p Nice to wake up to.

I heard that the FBI are investigating.
Apparently the forum has been taken over by a right-wing element that has links with the NRA !:p :p

Oh no!!!

If Fast Larry is BACK.. maybe that is why BD CCB is DOWN...

Too much HOT Air For the Computers..

Geez... I take a week off and CCB goes down.. what next?

I think he meant fast Larry is here at AZB.. I doubt ol' F.L. will ever be back at the CCB.

Hi cuechick,

I emailed their webmaster, and the reply was that there was a hardware failure that "completely knocked out the server". They said the site should be back up by the end of the day today.

I sure do really really really like the "Ignore This Poster" option that AZBilliards has! :)

I can't take it anymore...

With the absense of the CCB in my life of recent days, I've had to come face-to-face with my fears and emotions. I know now that I am simply not mentally strong enough to deal with this without professional intervention.

I have located a small yet exclusive treatment center in Arlington that ensures me they can help me through these first (and toughest) few days of withdrawl.

They offer group sessions, yoga, colon cleansing, mind "pedicures" and also maintain a stock of all 42 flavors of Gatorade. I think they have the answers to the questions the CCB's departure has caused me to face.

I have read testimonials regarding the successes they have had with others:

"When I just couldn't shake my jones for Hostess Twinkies and fruit pies, they brought me back to a "happy place" in my life."
Oprah Winfrey

"I thwear, if they hadn't hepped me, I woulda' sthapped that biatch again, Thank you mental heaph peeps."
Mike Tyson

"I used to be a raging nut but I'm a much calmer, less sensitive, more trusting man now. My pet cats are happier too."
Speedy Jerry

Wish me luck. We all know I need it.

Regards,

Ken (what does one wear to a "happy home?")
