Becue (blue) core tip or Kamui Medium black?

I am ordering a natural born naked becue. Anybody have experience with the core tip? They used to have ultraskin but now use (blue) core. I can't stand tips getting hard...but don't like the spongy feel of soft. Typical 3 bears scenario here. Which one should I go for?

I have two BeCue shafts that I picked up at 2020 DCC. They came with “BeCue Core Medium” tips. They are blue in color, and for me – the best tips I have played with.

Since then, I have ordered 3 more BeCue shafts with medium tips. However, the tips are not the same. They are black, significantly harder, even sound different (squeak) when chalked – and I hate the way they play.

I recently ordered a Molinari blue medium tip – thinking that it was they might actually be and although it is a decent tip, it is not the same.

So, my questions are:

(1) Does anyone know what these tips are that I am looking for?

(2) Is it possible they are Zans?

(3) Has anyone ordered medium tips directly from BeCue in Italy? What did they send you?

I have a becue 30" shaft with the core tip, and I can shoot with it. But, it is just meh. It will get a Kamui black hard next

I don't know, but it sounds like you should try shopping at Hustler Hollywood .

Core tip is passable at best. Got used to laying with it but Ultraskins were better IMHO. Will change to Ultraskin within net couple weeks.
However, the medium I have, does not mushroom too much, holds shape pretty well, most importantly got harder over time spent playing.

Thanks, I went with a kamui black medium. I also liked the ultraskin....sounds like a condom though. I have a natural born naked cue with an ultraskin tip.

It’s not one of the offerings, but I’m a big fan of the Taom Fusion. They’re pressed hard in the center and more like a Medium/Soft around the edges.

Well, sounds weird, agree Most importantly plays well.
I have very different tips on my shafts, main playing shaft is Engage:
Engage 11.8mm - Core M, to be replaced soon
Prime M 12mm - Ultraskin H
Prime 12mm - Zand H
Prime 11.8mm - Ultraskin M
