This room was up for sale around the New Year and 1 deal fell through because of a buyer having some family issues come up and then in May we thought it was 100% sold, then this new buyer's financing fell thru last minute.... so it is back on the market.

Sounds like one of 2 places I can think of. If it's either on Rt. 46 or within Englewood Cliffs (or both), I've played in the one on Rt. 46 and it's a prime location.

My avatar should give you a hint as to which room it is.

The room is located in Midland Park, NJ and it is the only room for many towns in any direction. Actually the surrounding towns have ordinances not allowing pool rooms, so this room has not had close competition nor will it in the future.
