Beringer James Edward vs. Brunswick Greenbriar

I'm looking to purchase a pool table again (had one a long time ago but lost it in the divorce wars) and want a drop pocket table this time. I've seen two on the local Craigslist ads that look pretty nice. Here they are:

Beringer James Edward 8' table w/3 piece Bella slate in very good condition. Needs new cloth but otherwise, it looks really nice. It's REALLY heavy with square legs to support the weight nicely. Comes with accessories for $700.00 (asking $900 but he'll take 700).

Brunswick Greenbriar 8' table w/3 piece slate. Looks to be in almost new condition and the cloth. I contacted Brunswick to find out the model of this table. I gave them the link below and some part numbers the owner gave me and they confirmed it is a Greenbriar. Asking $500 OBO so I'm hoping to get it for about $400.

Which is the better table? I don't care about paying a little more if the Beringer is better but I've never heard of that brand table so I'm leaning Brunswick.

Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Honestly I would wait... If you look around you can find a Brunswick, Gold Crown for about $1000. All furniture tables play real loose. But the better of the two is the Beringer.

What do you mean by loose? Can you elaborate?

Thanks for the response....

....I'll go with the Beringer. It looks really sturdy and is in great shape. Not sure what "plays loose" means either but I'm no pro. I just like to shoot some pool at home instead of trekking out to a pool hall. Thanks!
