bert kinister videos not playing

i recently bought a subscription for videos.bertkinister.com but none of the videos play.
i contacted Bert and he tried to help me out but it seems its out of his control.
anyone else that has a subscription and can check if the videos play for them?

You'll always get better answers to questions that have a bit more detail.
Something like this should include:
What device are you using?
What operating system?
Which browser are you using?
Did you try a different browser?
What error messages (if any) are you seeing?

I tried on my Linux machine with chrome and Firefox, chrome from a mac and my Android phone with chrome and Firefox .

from the browser console logs it seems that there is an issue with the cdn(content delivery network) that yondo (video streaming platform) is using (Microsoft azure)

I was thinking it could be that some files are not yet replicated in the servers I am assigned at.
also tried some free VPNs faking my IP to be from France, UK, us, Singapore with no luck.

Weird, sounds like maybe it's on their end.
Here's what I see from Windows 10. Same thing with 3 different browsers:

How is Bert doing?
I haven't talked to him in at least 10 years.
I miss his brutal honesty.
