Best Combination.., your opinion

I haven't tried a KW shaft but only about three shots worth from my friends stick. It didn't seem that much different than my Pechauer Pro laminated Maple shaft, I don't think it would make that much difference. You will probably get many opinions on the best combination because it's personal preference, and there isn't a standard.

I also used to use a Pechauer Pro.
I put a Tomahawk vault plate style ferrule (a little longer than normal but I figured I could cut it down if I want to later) with an SIB soft tip.
Loving it so far.

lately ive asked a few good players like 700 or so. what tip they had on their cues. most said what the guy put on for me hard or medium.
asked about their ferrel none knew what it was made of, and said who cares.
asked about their shaft they said its carbon fiber, not who made it. it didnt matter.
asked the ones with wood. they said thats what i always used and it works.
and co-incidentally i look at this stuff the same way.
but if what you use doesn't feel comfortable or just right change things.
