Best layout photos of PoolRooms

Billiards Digest does a "Best New and Improved Room" issue (or something like that) that has some of the most amazing poolrooms I have ever seen in it. I wouldn't let people smoke or drink anything but water in some of them.
 
I have blueprints for a 10k

I have blueprints for one, I dont know how I can scan it but its for a 10k sq ft building.. 2 bars freezer like 30 tables. We were planning on installing untill our to be landlord informed us that we could only have a 3 year lease agreement and wanted us to stick 300k + pay for them to do the work to bring there building up to code.. Laugh Laugh we didnt take it
