Best new cushions for my Brunswick GC V TE

Hi guys.

Not happy with pocket size (almost 4.6") nor cushions on my GC V TE. My mechanic will do a subrail modification for the tighter pockets but I want to ask the experts on here what would they recommend for my new cushions.

I'm not exactly sure which cushions are installed on my table but the rails seem a bit dead, can't get 4 table lengths on a break speed type of shot and there's just no bounce off the rail that you see on other Brunswick's/Diamond's.

So what to get if I want the option that will give me the most bounce off the rail?

I think my options are:
Brunswick Superspeed
Artemis Intercontinental no. 66 - pricier option but I was told new Diamonds have this rubber and it's supposed to be the most reactive
Artemis Pool 66
Cheap Chinese ones that cost 80 bucks and are apparently bouncy but don't last long

Many thanks for your help.

I went with the Diamond Blacks on my Gold Crown I and they play fantastic. This is the cushion Diamond uses on the 7' and 8' tables. I had them installed about 5 years ago and they play as good now as they did on day 1 (as they should). I had Artemis on my previous table and don't think they are worth the additional dollars. Just my opinion. Just about any cushion is only as good as the mechanic installing it. Great cushions can play mediocre if not installed properly and mediocre cushions can play great if installed properly. Here's a rail test video I made of my table.

I have Artemis Intercontinental 66's on my GCI, when I had my pockets tightened and rails modified that was the cushion of choice on "Diamondized" GC's. If I were to replace my cushions now I would put Superspeeds on. My table goes 4 1/2- 4 3/4 up and down the table when cue ball is hit at about break speed.

Does the cue ball always hop off the rail??

Was it not hopping? It sure looked like in the video that the ball hopped after hitting the first 3 rails, I didnt hear any sound so that wasn't a clue. Did you watch the video back, it sure looks like it hops, it may be my mistake and just an illusion. Mine hops a little on the first rail just cause the cue ball is traveling fast I think.

Nope, no hop.
