Best shipping method to send US custom to Canada

Wish is the best method available to send a US custom to Canada. In the perspective of a canadian. Looking for advise from other canadian that have purchase US customs and had them shipped.

UPS insured is maybe the best but it costs a lot fr US to Canada,the brokerage fees are a killer.I get some things fr postal service,takes forever but is a lot cheaper,but not cues.Now you have to pay gst on the value of the cue

The US postal service is what works the best for me. The delivery time is reasonable and the brokerage costs when Canada Post delivers are usually $5.
 
...wasn't NAFTA supposed to give us "Free Trade" ?

I always figure on 20% for large orders. Last Predator order was $900 and fees were $185 including shipping.

USPS is definately the way to go. I always request USPS ( especially for the smaller orders) as I don't mind paying the $5 USPS charges for brokerage/custom fees plus the federal taxes. I can't count how many transactions I did not do when the sellers only option was UPS

My favourite cue builder supplier for sending via USPS is Cue Components in Florida. ( Love their products and service - way to go Joe )

thought it says on his website he does not ship to Canada,you must be special
