I always request USPS ( especially for the smaller orders) as I don't mind paying the $5 USPS charges for brokerage/custom fees plus the federal taxes. I can't count how many transactions I did not do when the sellers only option was UPS
My favourite cue builder supplier for sending via USPS is Cue Components in Florida. ( Love their products and service - way to go Joe )
