Currently using Kamui Sai, I think it's quite good (replaced the original phenolic tip from my break cue, hard but can't control it well) - the Sai (to me) gives better control, like keeping the ball in the center after break etc - of course, YMMV 
I have been using the Bulletproof tip for a few months. Very good break tip. Breaks hard with excellent control. Sucks as a jump tip though. I just can't get the ball up like i could with phenolic.

I'm also a big fan of the Sonic tip that came on my Mezz PB-G. I was warned that I may want to swap it out before I got my hands on it, but I have zero complaints.
I don't understand the desire for "CB control" with a breaker beyond the bare minimum. I personally don't want heavy action on the CB and find the phenolic based tips seem to impart less. If I find I need and or want action on the CB with the break shot. It usually also involves hitting the shot softer, so I simply switch to my player.
All that said... If someone doesn't want a phenolic tip, then the nxt best thing is the White Diamond imo.
I guess I’m just too accustomed to a tip that has some feel to it, even a break tip. That’s why I likely far prefer the Samsara break tip over both the White Diamond and the Sonic tip that came on my Mezz break cue.
