This is a who's who of US One Pocket players and if you like one pocket, don't miss this one today and tomorrow.
I watched a couple of matches on Big Truck's pay per view last night and if you missed it, you are missing some great one pocket with 16 top players.
The first match I watched was Scott Frost and Dee Adkins. Lots of moving, taking scratches and enough offense mixed in to make it a very great match for any long time one pocket fan to watch. Scott won 4/2.
The next match was Danny Smith and Josh Roberts. Both of these guys will shoot at a white flag, but their ball pocketing skills are such that they might run out from anywhere at any time. Danny won 4/2.
The tournament is at Big Dog Billiards in Des Moines, Iowa. Thirty plus tables, excellent commentary by Scott Rabon, a good player himself who could compete at this level, and overall one of the best tournaments to sweat since Derby City or the US Open One Pocket.
