Billiard Cue Rack Help

I bought 3 cue racks at an auction this past weekend. They came out of an elks lodge in upstate NY. They were covered with about 3 coats of thick paint but i figured I'd try removing the paint and restoring them. I've started removing some of the paint on 2 of the racks. Out of the 3 racks I've seen 2 of the 3 before. The smaller one with the locks and the only one without locks are brunswick racks(the only photo I uploaded of this rack is the one that shows the Balke Collender Logo). The 3rd and largest I've never seen. Its hard to see in the photos but it has a locking mechanism on the bottom and a patent plate but no maker marks. This rack is very heavy and looks to be oak. I started removing the paint where the Brunswick logo usually is but couldn't make anything out. Only a little gold paint that came off. I've searched the internet but can't find anything. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I finished removing all the paint on one of the racks and it has turned out quite well. I haven't learned anything about the rack with the locking mechanism on the bottom. Has anyone ever seen this rack before?
