This Billiard Encyclopedia is the second edition book of the encyclopedia series. Beautifully illustrated pictures and photos from the early history of billiards to the present. The second edition of this book was in 1996 in Minneapolis and personally signed by Victor Stein in 2000. This book is in excellent condition with hardly any wear or use at all.
