Billiards Digest, Pool & Billiards going digital?

Will these great publication ever decide to go digital like the new ipool magazine. With the changing times in the print industry relying alone on paper copies make revenue streams tougher. I would gladly like to see these magazines doing either an ebook format or an ipad, iphone version.

Does anyone know if they are looking into this? they could offer lower subscription costs and not incur printing costs

I have no clue but would definitely like more online publications of pool materials. Although having a book sometimes is nice because I do get tired staring at the computer 24/7. Many people these days are constantly on the go and have good portable technology that would allow them to read these things anytime anywhere.

I like the paper. I hate staring at computers. I have one magazine that went digital and I no longer subscribe.

sorry, i think you might of misunderstood the purpose. I am not saying that the magazines should move purely to digital rather add it to expand the existing revenue streams. eg publication sales and advertising
