billiards in western Mass

I will be in Northampton MA this week and I'd love to find a carom table nearby. Can anyone help with this?

I go to school at UMass, Amherst and I haven't seen a carom table since I've been up here. If you're willing to settle for a pool table, you could try Michael's in Amherst, Union Billiards in UMass' student union, or Hot Shots in Palmer.

I've played at Micheal's a little bit. I do like that tight and fast front table, but I really wanted a carom table. Do you play at Micheal's? I will be looking for some cheap nineball while I'm there. Interested?
What kind of place is Hot Shots? And where is Palmer, roughly?

Smith's is about 15 miles away. Peabody is great and specializes in 3-c but a bit of a drive. New Bedford is a real long drive. I don't know much about the others except Chelmsford is almost as far away as Peabody.

Smith's in Springfield doesn't have a billiard table anymore, although they do have two ten foot pool tables more than one hundred years old.

I DID find a billiard table! It's in a lovely place called Ivory Billiards in Holyoke. They also have a bunch of Brunswick Anniversarys in very good shape.
