I would suggest adding the town and state to the title. Many people will simply skip over an event with no town/state in the title.

Thank you for the suggestions and about the event being listed we are still working on that, the person in charge of that is on vacation and will be back next week so hopefully we will have it listed on there soon
 
no pros this year

We will not be having a pro event this year but maybe if we get enough interest we will have one next year sorry see you all soon though and remember deadline for sign UPS is august 31, 2012
 
What kind and size are the tables? And does the entry fee include greens fee and or registration fee? What kind of cue ball? Is it 100% payout? Is there money added?
 
It will be played on 7ft tables we are not sure if we are using diamonds or valleys depending on who is going to give us the best deal and there will be a $20 greens fee but that is covered in the entry fees already after that the rest of the money will be payed back but if we end up getting enough vendors we will be reducing the take out from the players but the more players we get the less we are taking out.
 
And as of right now there is no money added but we are a few things around and trying to get some money added but like I said more people that show the less we take out so all we need to do is cover for our expenses
 
looking at website is there a start time and day of the events looks like all the singles start same time so you cant play 8 ball, and 9 ball? when does teams start? Am I missing something dont seem correct?

Hello no you can play in both the 8,9 and team event sorry I do my have the schedule posted at the time but the 8 ball will start on Thursday and the 9balk will start Friday I will have a schedule soon and will post it on the website also more details on Facebook so just add me there also www.faceboook.com/billiardsfest and the teams will also be starting Friday at 6pm
