Quality is top draw. On mine the points are even and the finish and woods are fantastic.
Playing wise the cue is perfect. Not stiff but not whippy at all, it just has a really nice hit and the feedback it gives you is great, it's given me a lot more confidence on the table. Its pool nirvana.
I think you would have a real hard time finding someone dissapointed with Travis's cue's.
