black marks/streaks on balls

A few months ago I installed new simonis 860 cloth on my table and I've noticed most of the billiard balls have black marks or streaks on them. The balls are standard billiard balls that came with my brunswick table.
What causes this since the balls have never been off the table?
Leather pocket coloring?

Will this still occur on the higher end premium super aramith balls as well?

The black marks are from the excess dye in the leather pockets....its takes a bit of time of time but I have found rubbing the excess dye off with alcohol based hand sanitizer will reduce the marks a lot if not all the way....it will take a few sessions of the treatment to get the excess off...others might pop in with there solution they have found'
