This past weekend I was at the Fast Eddies tournement in Austin and talked to several people that know Blud , about this problem. Most suggested taking him to court. As I have a good bit of money in this cue, I dont see that I have any other option. I will be talking to a lawyer this week and I will go from there. I never intended for it to get this far, but I am out of options and see no other way. As I have undisputable proof that he recieved my cue, I feel there is no other option than the courtroom. I would appreciate any suggestions or alternatives. As I have already mentioned before, I am not trying to cause any trouble or disrespect Blud in anyway whatsoever. Sir, When we spoke you were to send a copy or whatever of me sigining for your cue. The cue is not here, I surly would remember my cue with a stacked wrap. If I did sign for it, "I WILL SEND YOU ANOTHER CUE". I have nothing to gain by keeping anyones cue.
During this time, my wife was very sick, but I remember nothing about receiving this cue, [it's not in my shop], so fax or e-mail me my signature
[as you said you would], or whatever "PROFF" you have and i'll do what i say, send you another cue.
I'm going back to the hospital today, but the fax is on, so fax your proff.

As far as me not answering the phone or returning e-mails, I have not been here much for several month's, been staying in San Antonino at the hospitals and dr';s offices.
As far as some others, posting here, mind your own affairs. some who post about this have NEVER SHOWN me or my family, respect, class or compassion. But, as we all know, some must see there names in print and jump on the band wagon at every turn, no matter what it cost me.
This is my living so stay out of my affairs. If this happened to anyone of you, you wouldn't like it either..some knock from the key board...one way attitudes they have, there always right, even when it's none of there business..........
