This weekend I was able to get my hands on an old school Bob Frey Sneaky.
This thing is nuts! Honestly I thought the 3/8 x 10 pin would make it play like a McDermott. It's not that McDermotts are bad, it's just not my favorite type of cue and hit.
Long story short, this cue is amazing. It plays almost as well as my customized Dufferin. I may just micarta the ferrule. Kamui Med Tip on cue. Probably about 19.5oz or so? Tip is a hair under 13mm, but with the taper it feels a lot thinner than that.
If anything, i might change out the bumper. I don't like those large bumpers.
