Bored of CPA, mostly team pool at the moment, Anything else out there?

I'm from the Stratford area which is roughly 30 mins west of Kitchener/Waterloo and have played team pool in CPA and TAP on and off for the last 10 years. I'd like to try something new and was wondering if anyone had some insight where i could play, potentially in a tour of some sort. Thinking it may give me somef incentive to practice a bit and improve. My s/l is a 5/6 in TAP and a 6/7 in CPA...

If anyone can drop any knowledge,i'd appreciate it!

I am thinking that if you want to tour, maybe the CBSA would be the best bet. Right now I am playing in the VNEA league, But nothing touring.

D_lewis would probably be the best person to ask with reference to any touring that you might be able to get into.
 
hey thanks for the info, i found the csba website but no tourny info. I'll maybe send a message to this d_lewis fellow and see what info he has
 
Hi!

I'm going to be running a series of qualifiers for Canadians. That may peak your interest. Starting generally in sept/oct we have the 404 tournament series between shooters and bigwigs. Both of those are a bit of a hike for you.

Keep tuned in on this section for some upcoming tournaments.
 
sounds good Dan.. it is a bit of a hike but then again I played every week at Tony's in Guelph so i'm cool with the the drive if that's where things are happening. Post any updates as things evolve, i'd likely help out with a sponsorship aswell
