I see ratings such as super hard +, extra hard...

What are the rankings hard to soft? Is phenolic harder than any leather tip?

Also, is there any way to measure break speed other than an expensive radar gun?

They have a hardness rating system of 0-100

An example is an Elk Master has a rating of 60.1 while a Tiger J/B rates at 99.
