Break Shaft on Player

Wondering if anyone plays with just a break shaft on their playing cue, rather than having a seperate cue.

With the quick change pins like the uni-lock, doesn't seem like much of a hassel to change the shaft over... But would it damage the cue/joint in anyway, breaking with your playing cue?

There are uniloc break cues so I hazard to guess not so long as you clean out the joints once in a while so they don't seize up.

BTW, I think you have the wrong section.
