Afternoon all! This is bound to open a can of worms of OPINIONS, so for the most part, only looking for people who have actual first hand experience or POSITIVE theoretical suggestions.
I know we go round and round trying to find out if the bkrush shaft is the 12.9 shaft in disguise. "Is it the same shaft? What location/is the location the same for the metal slug for weight in the shaft? Is the vault plate the same material, if not what are the differences? Is there a difference in wall thickness between the 12.9 and bkrush?"
All those questions just being the tip of the iceberg of questions regarding mysterious proprietary materials used, my question/curiosities are:
-Of the people probably using 12.4/12.9 and other CF LD PLAYING shafts to break with, what have your experiences been? positive/negative/mixed?
-Seeing as it is easier to get a playing shaft vs a bkrush/powerbreak shaft by itself, is this one of the reasons to just break with a cf playing shaft?
-If youve had success with this method (breaking with a cf playing shaft) in terms of 2 things: 1) shaft not exploding and 2) consistent and efficient results, would you mind sharing the things youve experimented with all the way to what youve settled on now.
