I Play With a cuetech as the main and break with the same cuetech but different color and heavier, the break shot is not solid and my break is more solid using a normal house cue.Have anyone used cuetechs for the breakshot and how do you like it. I am disapointed, its like a waste of 120 dollars, nobody will buy my cuetech break cue off me. The tip keeps getting one side flattened and the other round. I love cuetechs to play as the main cue, but so far the break is less strong than a house cue, is this because the weight? Thanks, cuetehcasaurus.

I think you might be on to something. As a playing stick they do well. I also had a CueTech break stick that I sold. And then, I'm not to picky about playing sticks (have a Schon) as long as the weights right and the shaft is reasonably stiff, I'm happy. It seems for me that a house stick works the best for a break stick for me. However, after I sold it I was advised to call cuetech about a different shaft. It was too late I'd already sold it. I recommend that you talk to someone there or call your favorite billiard store were there are knowledgeable people and see about replacing the shaft. Just hang on to that shaft for your playing cue.
