Below are some pictures I took last wednesday at the charity event the WPBA host as a kick off the the San Diego Classic tour stop. I met up with Rackin_Zack who played as well and seemed to be have a good time. I had a chance to chat briefly with Melissa Herndon and Sarah Rousey, whom Melissa seemed determined to crush with a mighty hug. I also had a nice chat with Jennifer Barretta, who revealed her admiration for Snooker players and that she had played some recently.
Unfortunately Jennifer also had a ring-side seat as I was crushed by Karen Corr 2-0 in the play-the-Pro challenge, which let Karen avenge the 1 rack I had managed to win against her last year. And as Jennifer quite correctly observed, I hate to lose, even when it is unavoidable.
