After a lot of moving and deliberation, I've decided I should try and sell my newly acquired Centennial snooker table. It is in great condition, with only a couple small dings in the apron and slight nicks in the woodwork. A small piece of the veneer on one of the legs is chipped off, and one of the leather pockets is split a little ways on the inside that hangs into the ball return. These are really minor cosmetic issues, and I imagine they wouldn't really factor at all if you planned to refinish the table or convert it to a standard pool table.

I'm asking $3,000. I would be willing to trade for a working work truck, and I can assist in moving/transporting to some degree. Potentially driving a U-Haul halfway, or whatever you thought might work best. The table is located just outside of Lincoln, NE.

It's a special order, with three pedestal legs instead of two. The slate is in standard three slabs, 1.5" thick. Everything is intact, and in good shape. Honestly, the rails have really good bounce to them and are fairly solid, although anybody refinishing it would probably put new rails on it.

You can reach me through private message or by phone, 402-641-7101. You can also email me at gmalegmayel@gmail.com

Thanks.

Thanks. I haven't been able to find any other models with a third pedestal leg. Apparently the 12' tables they made came with a third leg, so all anybody can figure is that this was a special order.

I should also mention that while the rails are in good condition, you're going to want to put new cloth on this table at the very least.

Any idea on how to clean these up?

The castings are in pretty good shape, only a couple very slight dents along one of the long rails, hard to see. They are mostly just dirty, but I imagine that will clean up, right?

That's thick! Each of those pieces weighs about 400 pounds, I'd say.

Shipping on this thing is turning out to be a bigger nightmare than I thought. I'm going to have to either drop the asking price, or do more of the shipping and transportation myself.

Anybody have experience shipping a table like this? I'm having trouble communicating to freight carriers exactly what we'll be dealing with. Should I definitely crate it all, crate only the most sensitive pieces and pallet the rest, or what? Seems like it will be impossible to get a reliable quote without having accurate packed dimensions, but I don't even know what the best way to pack it is. I'm assuming crate for the whole thing, but I dunno.
