Brunswick edge trim moulding?

Not sure when, who, or how it happened, but I discovered a cracked section on my Brunswick Viscount trim piece.

Anybody know if it can still be bought, if so where?

And if I can't find an exact match, is there another version, color, type of material that can replace what I have now?
