Not sure if I'm in the right area for this post but any help would be appreciated. I'm in the market for a used gc and I came across a gclll so I went on line to look at some reviews and they didn't seem to promising. Is the gclll not as good as the rest of the gc line up? Would I be better off with a gc 1/2/4? Thanks

All the GC models have different problems talk to 10 different mechanics and get 10 different answers. Depending on the price you are paying, and what you want from the table if you want a good quality table that plays like most every other GCIII in any pool hall than you can get that. If you want a table that plays as good as it possibly can than you will need to get the rails redone. Depending on your budget and where you are located you can find a good mechanic close by that can do what your looking for.

IMO the GC 1s and 2s are a much better choice, they have much better hardware systems and can last forever.
