I have a Brunswick Medalist that I am refinishing. The top veneer, I think Formica that looks like wood is pretty torn up and you cannot buy replacement from Brunswick. Just looking for ideas of what to use or how to go about replacing so the table looks good.

Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks

IF you want advice on how to do it yourself, in this forum, you need to be tricky.

State it as if you already started the project and really messed up.

Then people will chime in on what you SHOULD HAVE done.

Only then will you be able to decide to go have a drink, ooops, decide how to proceed.

I want to do the same to my Gold Crown 1 but it's good for now.

I think the thread is in the mechanics section were a guy used pressure sensitive
adhesive (PSA) backed wood grain vinyl. Sounds cheap, which it was according to the
proud owner/mechanic. It did look good. I’m sure it’s been done, could stop by a shop
that does vehicle wraps, it is a guarantee that they have some already printed out
graphic’s that didn’t get used, or, have them print something out just for you, at the
going rate of course. If time, money, abilities and imagination are not an issue; the
fellows mentioned in the link above can deal with it, you and its adversity.
It is all part of the game, keeps it interesting.
