Well, like any other sports purchase- it all depends upon how serious a player you are today or have desire to be in the future. For a casual player looking to just enjoy the game with friends and family, if the table has good, lively cushions and corner pocket openings of at least 4 3/4 inches (two pool balls should fit inside the pocket opening when held together and pushed straight into the pocket) - then all you need is a quality cloth installed, a decent set of quality Aramith pool balls and some decent cue sticks ( straight with well shaped tips) and you will enjoy it.
if you are looking to be a higher level competitive player; then a home table should replicate today's competitive table standards- 4 1/2 inch corner pockets maximum, fast cloth such as a Simonis 860, and a high quality install to assure proper cushion rebound, rail height, etc. Super Aramith tournament pool balls, etc. etc.
I doubt that model would fill the bill as a competitive table unless it was completely reworked by some of the best installers in the country- rails, cushions, pockets, etc- but perhaps it could be much more easily set up to accommodate the casual player. So first know who you ARE as a BUYER, then begin table research as applicable to your desires.
