Has anyone tried to get in contact w/them lately? I've tried phone-all you can do is leave message,no reply back.Same with e-mail,just wondering if they can actually be that busy??

If you want to get in touch with them you have to call 50 times a day and hope you get lucky that they answer the phone....order something though and they'll send it right out. Been there done that. I'd rather pay more for something than have to go though that much aggravation to deal with someone. Try calling as soon as they open. 10 or 11 am.
