Bumper identification? Alternative for an extension?

Does anyone know what bumper this is? It belongs to my Ned Morris. And does anyone know if there's a bumper out there to accommodate an extension that would be a direct fit? If i have to modify the cue, I'll just stick with a mid-cue extension.

If thats 3/8x16 then Jacoby makes a bumper and extension that would probably fit.
