i've decided to buy a $3000 cue because i feel a $3000 cue will make me play much better than a $300 one. my question is this--- on the bottom of the cue is the black rubber, called the bumper, which shape should i get? since i'm getting the cue custom made, i want to play my very best, i believe the bumper is as important as the tip, so which shape should i get? p.s. it is a custom model from predator, and they told me over the phone it will make me play better, so i believe them. p.s. tomorrow i'm attending a brainwashing class, would you like to attend?

WOW!!! It's a damn good thing you contacted me before making a $3000 mistake all because of the wrong bumper. You can't put a stock bumper on a classic custom cue of that nature. You also need a custom bumper, I suggest the LimbSaver X-1 cue stick stabilizer. Here's why... the stabilizing effects of the X-1 leads to: Dampened vibration of your cue stick (with a custom Predator you'll definitely need that); Provides a solid feel (with a Predator you'll definitely need that); Enhanced energy on your break (I always found winning the last game and getting the break gave you energy);
Consistent English (With a Predator you'll definitely need that); Controlled Spin (With a Predator you'll DEFINITELY need that); Improvement of your game overall (With a Predator you'll DEFINITELY need that).
I'll have to get back to you on attending that class, it may be in conflict with one that I'm already enrolled in...shaft boring for improved play.
And lastly, don't EVER buy a cue without consulting me first again.
