Hey guys - I was wondering if anyone has any insights as to why Immonen dips his cue but on the backstroke?

I'm pretty sure he does it to keep his cue level. Alot of people do that.

Only Mika knows why he does that. I'm sure it is just something he is just comfortable with. Could it be the Filipino influence? He lives there now if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if they shoot like that in Finland...Either way it works for him. One could ask the same thing about Lee Trevino. Great golfer, ugly swing, but it has gotten the job done for many years.

I'm not a great pool player but, people tell me that my stick does the same thing. I don't feel it in any way. Yeah I guess back in the day I used to emulate the great Filipino players like Efren and Francisco so that would be my explanation.
