The event started last night with an exhibition match featuring Cliff Thorburn and Jim Jack ( current Canadian Seniors Champion). It will run from February 12 until the finals on Febuary 21. There are 3 matches a day at 11am, 3pm and 7pm with the winner advancing to the next round. Cliff Thorburn, Alain Robidoux, Kirk Stevens, Bob Chaperon, John White, Floyd Ziegler and Eddie Galati have all confirmed their attendance. Players from all over Ontario and Jeff Kennedy from the Maritimes make up the 24 player field. Five Dollars gets you in to watch 3 matches and a 10 day pass can be purchased for $15. The event is held at the Grand Valley Golf Club and it is about 5 minutes off the 401. The draw and updates will be available at www.snookerline.com.
