Can a mod explain to me how can my thread be deleted & notification asks me to "MSG" someone?

I am not sure if this is normal procedure here but I posted in the for sale section then I got a notification--- Why was my thread deleted and why am I suppose to PM someone, why can't he pm me? but the main question is why delete it. I don't know who "Tomorrow" is either. Is he a mod/admin?
