Can anyone help idendify this cue?

A customer brought this cue in any asked if I knew who made it and about what it might be worth. I told him I would post some photos and see if any of you guys might be able to help. I believe he said the cue was originally purchased in the mid to late 60's (maybe later... doesn't remember exactly) from AE Schmitt's retail store in St.Louis.

I was told by a friend who won his at a tournament back in the 70's, it's a Mali cue. Yours is the only other one I have seen! The only difference in yours and his, is his wrap is a dark green.

I've refinished 2 of these cues for 2 fellows who live in Middletown OH.
