For me, I'd rather have a custom made Ned Morris break cue with 45 year old Purple Heart wood and his expertise instead of a Chinese Made one. And he has MORE of the older purple heart wood. He picked an old maple shaft with "ping" for a very stiff break shaft. It is so nice to go and see a wonderful cue stick maker.
