Purchased this cue a while back, but haven't been able to identify it. There are NO visible markings on the cue.
According to the seller:
Lived in PA when she purchased cue.
Purchased about 10-15 years ago.
She was told it was a Palmer (I know that it is NOT a Palmer
)
