Can you identify this cue

My friend owns this cue and has no idea who made it and neither do I. There's no markings or initials anywhere. The wrap is coming loose and one of the inlays is popping out a little bit.

Pics coud be better.

the joint and view of the butt end would help.

It sure looks like one, not sure if anything is under the bumper, I didn't think to check.
 
i do think viking made one similar to that but without more detail its too hard to tell.

in any case its a real nice cue.

Looking at the way the joint pin in finished, kind of reminds me of Jerry's work
