Canadian championships

I am considering entering the Canadian 9-ball championship but all I can find on it is the fact it is scheduled for June 23 to June 26 at Billiard LeSkratch in West Island (which I believe is in Montreal).

Some of the things I would like to know? First, am I qualified to play in it? I am a Canadian but haven't resided there in 30+ years. If I am qualified: What is the format (race to ?, double elimination?)? What is the entry fee? Are jump cues allowed?

Does anyone know who to contact to get all of the information and send in the entry fee?

To play in the Canadian Championships you must qualify through one of the Provincial Associations. The field is currently filled for this year. I suggest if you are looking for information in the future, to check the website of the Canadian Billiards & Snooker Associaion (CBSA). Contact information for the Directors & Provincial reps are listed. I hope this helps a little.
 
I believe that the closing date for entries was May 16th. Also, the entry fee for open 9-ball is $475.
